Pregnancy and ‘Baby and Me’ Yoga in Baldock
Movement, breathwork, and reflective practices to support your body, settle your mind, and help you navigate birth and early parenthood with confidence.
A midweek retreat from the busyness of life. And an opportunity to connect with yourself and your baby as you learn to navigate the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and postpartum.
Together, we’ll focus on building strength and flexibility, exploring the breath, and creating space in your body. Through our practice you’ll develop greater self-awareness, find your inner strength and deepen trust in your instincts.
A small circle of women in the same season as you. A place to share, listen, and feel less alone in the strangeness and beauty of this time.
Pregnancy and the tender months that follow your baby’s arrival can feel miraculous - and exhausting. Yoga helps you stay grounded through it all. My classes will help to centre you inside your body again, supporting you to:
Breathe deeply with techniques you can use throughout pregnancy, during labour, and beyond
Build strength and endurance supporting your pregnancy, birth and recovery
Improve flexibility and posture as your centre of gravity shifts
Ease discomfort and release tension, particularly in the hips, back, and shoulders
Find balance - physically and emotionally
Rest deeply, even when things feel overwhelming
You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to show up and stay present.

Birth Doula in Baldock & surrounding areas
£1850
Steady, thoughtful support through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks after your baby arrives. Care shaped around what you need, with time to talk, plan, and prepare, and someone familiar alongside you when it matters most.
During pregnancy, we’ll get to know one another and explore yours hopes and fears. Our antenatal sessions provide space to really get to know one another, plan for different scenarios, and think ahead to the early days after your baby arrives. The package includes four pregnancy yoga classes. You’ll also have access to me by phone or text throughout pregnancy for reassurance, questions, or practical advice as things arise.
From 38 weeks, I’m on call so that when labour begins, you’re not navigating it alone. I’ll join at whatever point you’d like me to, bringing calm, continuous presence and practical support for you and your partner. I’ll respond to what’s needed in the moment, whether that’s reassurance, hands-on support, or simply helping you stay connected to your body and instincts.
After birth, we’ll meet again in the early weeks to support your recovery and settling into parenthood, with space to talk and reflect. I’ll also be available over the phone as you adjust to life with your baby.

Traditional Postnatal Doula in Hertfordshire
£650
The weeks after birth deserve as much care and attention as the birth itself. Yet in the West we've lost much of the tradition of tending to new mothers; of nourishing, warming, and protecting them during this sacred window so they can focus on recovering and bonding with their baby.
I want to help bring that back. Drawing on traditional postpartum practices, I offer warm, nurturing support during the fourth trimester.
We'll plan your postpartum together in advance, so that when your baby arrives everything is in place for you to truly rest.
Support might include nourishing meals and drinks, herbal baths, belly binding, massage, moxibustion, and help with babywearing. I’ll also offer you a ‘Closing of the Bones’ - a powerful ritual to mark this physical and emotional transition. But equally important is the space to talk, to process your birth, adjust to your growing family, and be held yourself.
I work with a small number of postnatal families each year. That's intentional. It means I can truly show up for you.

Get to know me
Yoga has been part of my life for over ten years, but pregnancy and motherhood really deepened my understanding and showed me the value of my practice.
During my two births, I drew instinctively on breathwork, meditation, and yoga postures to better understand and support myself. And in the weeks and months after each birth, yoga was central to my physical recovery and to creating the mental and emotional space I needed.
It's this lived experience I bring to my classes. Not just a theoretical understanding of how yoga can support us, but a personal knowledge of how necessary and powerful these tools can be at this time.
